they married 1872 White Chaple London but moved back to Prussia before 1878 as my wife's greatgreatgran was born ther Annie Morsei they appear in 1881 and this is all i have on them

There's another probate for Charles Alfred or Carl Alfred Charles Morsei of 14 Benfield Street Heywood Manchester died 10 Oct 1933 probate on 19 October London to Henrietta Battle (wife of James battle) and Reverend Joseph Rector, clerk

Have you looked on the Wiki pages for resources in the birth countries concerned?

It's very difficult doing research for places abroad as many countries don't have central databases and what there are are not often on line.
