    I`m trying to find the marriage and death details pluss any other information on Mary Ann Clarke b1811 in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
    Her parents were Joseph and Frances. Any help will be appreciated.

            In 1851 they are still in Littleport but Mary's place of birth has chnaged and whilst the transcript says Somerset, it doesn't look like that to me on the image the place is ????land.

                On the 1851 census that Margaret found, Mary's place of birth looks like Sunderland, and seems to match later census records for this Mary. However, there is another William and Mary Nightall living in Ely which seems to fit with the marriage that Margaret found.

                They are still living in Ely on the 1841 census.

                and in 1851

                HO107; Piece: 1764; Folio: 400; Page: 14

                However, this Mary in Ely is older than yours.

                Having looked at this 1841 census again, I'm not happy that this William and Mary matches the 1830 mariage as they have a daughter born before this date.
