i want to send for a birth cert but need both parent of james kemp... laura ?born 1864 married hirst kemp 1883 .
also if possable laura,s parents....i have looked in my back threads and cant see that i have asked for these before thankyou brenda xxx

Bren, if you have the GRO reference for the birth registration of James Kemp then you do not need to enter the names of the parents.
If you are sending for it via the GRO you only have to fill out the boxes which have a red asterisk next to them - you can leave others blank.
