Scottish dress uniform

Finally, for today, is this man wearing a dress uniform for a Scottish regiment, or is this just full kilt regalia (i.e. civilian clothes).

Can not really say which regiment he is from (would be easier to say which he isn't in) but he is wearing the dress uniform of a bandsman.

Oh thank you for that - the photo is in a bit of a state and that looks much better. I just wish I knew who he was, the only person I know of in the family who was a musician played the saxophone, and I don't think they were in Scottish Pipe Bands
