          This William is with a lady called Mary, which is why I asked for the wifes name thinking you could find neither of them!

              Cannot find any single William/Wm/Will Sharp(e) on 1841 census! There is 1 with a female 20+ years his junior, however as the 1841 doesn't tell you whether they are married/widow/son/daughter etc its difficult to know if this is your William!
