      Here's the 1841 for that James
      HO107; Piece 1192; Book: 14; Civil Parish: Hanley William; County: Worcestershire; Enumeration District: 1; Folio: 5; Page: 9; Line: 3; GSU roll: 464204.
      And the 1861 RG9; Piece: 2084; Folio: 50; Page: 1; looks like he's an auctioneer.
