Thoughts on a photo please

I wondered if anyone could give me any thoughts about the date of this photo, and the possible age of the lady.

There is nothing on the back, it is thin paper which has been stuck onto card.

Thanks for the site Mike, but I was wanting a second opinion.

I am usually quite good at dating photos, but didn't want to say what I thought it was in case it impacted on other peoples ideas.

I would guess she might be about 40, Tom. But could be younger! I'm not very good at those shoulder of mutton sleeves datewise but I think they are good for dating.
