The Munches Estate, Kirkcudbrightshire

Can anyone tell me if there are any company records for the above estate, which might show employees names between 1875 and 1915. The owners of the estate at that time were The Maxwell Family. I am looking for a connection between the estate and my great grandfather, Benjamin Hunter Skilling, who was a garden labourer.
