    It actually reads 227 Bde R F A That is: 227 Brigade Royal Field Artillery
    Here's a little info on that brigade:
    CCXXVII Territorial Force 1st Line Designation given to former 2nd/III Wessex Brigade, 45th Division. Remained in India until after the war.
    Judith passed away in October 2018
