Ancestry birth and death lookup please for Leslie Clifford ELMS

My ancestry subs have recently run out and am hoping that someone will be able to look for a birth and death for me please.

I've seen on another list a newspaper article that has been transcribed - here it is:-

Western Mail Tuesday October 5 1926. (No.20).

During some work on the roof of the Six Bells Colliery, Abertillery, Monmouthshire on Monday Leslie Clifford ELMS, single, an assistant draughtsman, slipped and fell through the roofing. He was picked up in a serious condition, and died on arrival at the Aberbeeg Hospital.

Leslie is likely to have been related to me, and I'm trying to find his death entry and birth so I can try and link him to one of my ELMS families.
