Can anyone find the marriage of John BERRIDGE & Ann CLARK probably around 1840-1842 in possibly Bedfordshire (definetly before 1846 when John died in USA).
Thanks
Kerri
Kerri - I checked ancestry - 1842 plus or minus 5 years - and I tried spelling variations - and all counties - but I couldn't find them at all
Maybe they ran away to Gretna Green......lol
That marriage is early enough to be on FreeBMD - which was funded by Ancestry. You can search on Ancestry or FreeBMD for the transcriptions. if you can't view the index image there, you can probably view a FreeBMD copy on the FreeBMD site.
