I wonder if anyone could help me to date this photo. I think there are members of my Skiggs family in it but not sure and a rough date would help.

I would say 1906-1911

I agree with Richard! I have pictures of my mother about this age dressed like this at about the time suggested ie somwhere between 1904 to 1912, just widening it slightly!

Thank you Richard and Janet thats what I thought it might be and was hoping for. My Gran was born in 1899 and her Sister born in 1901 so I think one or both of them are in there somewhere.
