Brother Printer help please?

I have replaced my yellow ink and it is not printing on a test print, I have tried 2 in case it was a faulty cartridge. I have also cleaned the printer lots of times as the brother manual advised but it is still not printing. the other colours are all okay. Has anyone had this problem and is it fixable, is it costly? or should I buy anew printer?

Hi Sunny, sounds odd to me, however printers do have a limited life ( ie maybe 25 thousand copies ) before they pack in.
Ask around people you know before buying another printer especially the price of ink cartridges. I recently bought an Epson StylusTX2000 which scans as well as copies.
I have nothing to do with Epson !!
