The place of residence is Weldon or Weedon something, same as the church.

The church looks like Weldon (or Weedon?) Bridge. Maybe the abode is the same, but written in very scrawly writing.

Mary, The certificate is from the parish of Weedon Beck near Northampton under the District of Daventry.

I'd say it's definitely barracks. If you look at the second "s" in spinster, it's pretty much the same.
