    Can any one tell me please where I could find out, who owned or ran The Castle Public House, Furnival Street in London, between abt 1930 to 1953.

      The 1950 directory was the name I hoped, for I lived above the Pub till I was 2years old.The name I found was my Father who died in Cape Town in 1971,We became separated,in1945. Thanks again.

        That's great that you found the match. Not sure what other research you've done..you might find further info in the London Gazette for example.
