Looking for my step uncle in 1891/1901 or 1911
Name John Rathbone born 1890 Salford
but when married in 1911 name spelt Rathburn married Salford
this also happen to his mother during census rtns
any help would be greatfuk as i cant find any thing out on him as i cant find him in any cesnsus rtns

Sarah Elizabeth born 1870 Manchester parents were Thomas and Alice(nee Chadwick)
she married Samuel Albert Wilson 1898 St stephens church Salford
Died 1927 car hit her on Chaple st her son John(name spelt Rathvern) was at the inquest
they lived in the Greengate area of Salford

I found a Sarah Rathbone in 1891 but no John with her.

I see that in 1881 Sarah was with mother Alice

Have you found Alice in 1891 to see if John was living with her?

There has been a correction submitted to the Ancestry transcription for the 1881 - not sure if this has been done by you or not, but if not it might be worth contacting the person who submitted it to see if they have any more information.

the correction was done by me
i have not search for alice(she remarried hugh mcoll the one in ehome in 1881)
would love to find them some were just vanised of the earth
any info would be greatful
the sarah in 1891 is my sarah
i have also been in touch will the one name study grounp and she help me out a great deal
