Picture Improvement Needed

Can someone please improve this picture of my 3xGreat Grandfather.
After several months of searching i found a photo of him..But i would like to see if anyone can sharpen it as the quality is slightly blurred,any other improvement would be great also...thanks

Thanks for the photos..nice job done by all.
Brian can you please,if possible make the photo a little larger (same size as Wendys) ?? and remove the frame.i would appreciate this if this is possible,when i clicked the photo it remained the same size....thanks so much
