    Charles J Goulson b 1889, died some time after WWII, possibly Lincolnshire

    Also James Goulson b 1863, died sometime after 1920, probably Lincoln.

    According to Ancestry -

    Charles J Goulson Death Mar qtr 1946 aged 56 district Spilsby, Lincolnshire. 7a 729

    The only James Goulson coming up between 1916 & 2005 is Death Mar qtr 1938 aged 75 district Bournemouth Hampshire. 2b 1095

      Thanks for those, not sure about James but i seem to recall there were some events in the bmd in that area in more recent times.

      The details for CJ tie up nicely with time and place so it looks good for him.

        He could have well been on holiday in Bournemouth when he died. I have a great great uncle who died there on holiday in 1934 - he was a wheelwright in a Sussex village...
