    Hope I've got this right!

Have been lent an old photograph of my mother as a child with my grandfather - a Levien Thomson- it is very faded and my husband has managed to turn everybody yellow! Please could somebody have a go at changing it for me as it is very precious!

Jen when you frame them something is changing because they look fat, check your size setting

Thanks Brian, I usually always check them because I've noticed that in the past. I'm unsure as to whether I am checking them correctly Brian. I usually do it as though I'm going to print it off, so I can see what it looks like in the print box. Should I be doing something different Brian?

                    Hi Jen,
It looks like maybe the "aspect ratio" of the photo is being changed to fit the aspect ratio of the frame. I don't know what program you're using, but is there a "constrain proportions" box you can tick?

Thanks Brian & Sarah, very useful info there. I've printed off quite a bit of the info and will come back to the rest later. I really appeciate this. I can now have a play around and try and improve the results of my pictures and those I do here.
