Lexmark printer

I have a Lexmark printer/scanner and wanted to upload somoe photos to this site. The machine doesn't give the actual scan specifications. The choices are low, medium, high and maximum. Which resolution should I use to upload the photos for both tidying and the costume gallery.

Anything above 300 dpi will be fine for restoration. Scan the same photo on different settings and then check each photo's properties to see what resolution it has been saved as, and be guided by that

Thank you for that. How do I check the photos properties (I'm not too hot on computers)

Try clicking the right mouse button over the picture and check the properties from there
