Legacy Relationship Question

I have been trying to fiqure this out for several days and finally decided I need help. Hope I can explain this.
I have two family lines going, one is my Dads and the other my Mothers. I have several relatives that
are on my Mothers line that married people on my Dads side. If I continue posting them and extend their line on my Dads side I have duplicates because they are on both lines. Is there a way to handle this
and not have to post everything twice and then have duplicates. I'm sorry this is confusing but sure hope someone understand what I am trying to explain and help me.

You don't have to put the details in twice.

Say you have Auntie Ann from Mums side marries Uncle Jack from Dads line.

Just select either person and add person and then click link to an existing person.
