FTM 2006 Web Search doesn't stop

I have got FTM 2006 on my PC and the new 2010 one, the new one works fine but I must say I dont like it as much as the 2006 one.
I wanted to update some stuff on the 2006 one but when I go to web searches it starts to search and never stops ???? the magnifying glass thing keeps moving from side to side and thats it .
I have tried to read what the problem is but I dont understand it ?

It sounds as if FTM is having trouble connecting with Ancestry.

Do the email addresses you have used for your FTM registration and your Ancestry subscription match?
