Hiya...I bought a laptop for my grandaughter for xmas....when you press the keys on the keyboard , nothing happens....has she pressed something to make this happen ?.....it`s under 12 months guarantee , so I can take it back to the shop but I`d be embarrassed if it`s something silly ....???? Hiya Velma ...thanks for the help...if it`s ok with you can we do this step by step as I`m pretty raw on terminology of pc`s...do you mean shut down completely ? and start anew....it`s on a dongle, moved to a new house and don`t get our new phoneline until friday 5th.....allan
