According to Wikipedia Todmorden is in West Yorkshire....that is what I googled to find the site.

Looks as if it is one of those places which may have been affected by boundary changes.

Elaine the border runs right through the middle of the town of Todmorden. So one part you could be in Yorkshire & another part in Lancashire :D
So yes you done right in putting the website in both & they do class Todmorden as in West Yorkshire
