I am just ordering a death cert a fairly current one and a bit confused as there are not enough columns to place the ref numbers
Can any one help, on the GRO site District name and number what goes in here. The Register number I have is B22D and the District & sub district number is 5161B do you place both these in that box? Do you have to include the name of the county?
They ask entry number and date of Reg which is fine done that but it only leaves one box to complete? I hope you understand what I am saying!!!
