A big thankyou and a big pat on the back from me. Went in late Wednesday night just before they closed and gave them a shipping order of about 10 certificates I needed - several with numerous possibilities.

They phoned me several times with queries during Thursday and on Friday morning when I ventured forth in the snow and left for home.

Saturday mornings post contained all 9 certificates - 1 request had been wrong so they didn't send it.

How's that for a fantastic service.

They are very quick as a rule, but last time I sent for certs from them, 3 out of the 4 certs contained errors and had to be returned for amendment.
