Can anyone help date this photo?

Happy New Year to you all!

I wonder whether anyone can date the attached photo to the nearest decade or so...it's definitely one of two women who lived a generation apart. You can see it at: http://wulliam.co.uk/ (Apologies for the messy homepage - it's one of many jobs I'm not getting around to!)

I would have attached it to this post - but I don't seem to have that right...anyone know what's happened??

About 1890-1900?

Her sleeves are quite puffy (which could mean the foto was taken later in the 1900, towads 1910). It depends whether she hasa buff at the back or not. I think she has as her skirt is a little folded a the front.
