a death search please

I just found an unkown baptism. But not sure if this was the one that died as a toddler. Not heard his name before so wondering if this is maybe a black sheep of the family or was it the one that died but known to us as a different name if you see what I mean. Born in 1942 so I best not put his name on here. I have checked freebmd for a possible death but couldnt find one so I am confused.

Doubt that you will find it on freeBMD as the transcriptions are only up to 1920/1930.
If you have Ancestry you could check the BMD index on there - from 1915 onwards they should all be indexed.
