Any ideas for finding somebody in Canada after 1949

this couple went to Canada and as far as we know set up a clinic there or maybe worked in one
he was a Bio Chemist and she a Nurse
I would love to know if they had any children ??? or when they died or anything about them .
I have Ancestry Annual World Heritage but not having any luck finding anything ?
