Changing B/Cert in L/scape doc to Portrain in jpg format

Is anyone able to change a birth certificate copied to a document in landscape (sideways) into the normal format in jpg? Does that make sense? lol

And then tell me how it is done?

If you want a larger version I can email it to you.

Just open your Word document then right click on the certificate and click 'copy'. Open mspaint or equivalent paint programme and 'paste' your certificate into it. You can then save the certificate as a .jpg.

Does that make sense?

PS. The sides have been cropped off your original Word certificate.

Thanks John - actually I had tried that - but when I went to right click, "paste" on Irfanview - it wouldn't - after your suggestion I tried View-Paste and it worked!! Thank you

I didn't crop anything Judy, I just did a straight copy and paste. What I meant was that the edges were already missing, have been cropped, off the original doc/cert. I can't do anything about that.
