I think occupation for Emily says Upholterer (Upholsterer)
Address is 19 Charrington Street, St Pancras.

1871 is Taunton.
No idea about the 1861 census!

1861 I think the transcriber had a good go. It looks like Laphjohn, but the capital L doesn't look like the L in Lambeth further up the column, so could be Saphjohn, its like the S in Somerset before it. Not much help! I can't think what the j could be, other than a j I'm afraid, though the ph could be something else.
