John Eccles: Occupation query 1891

Hi

Please could someone kindly confirm, John Eccles occupation in the 1891 cenus.

Source Citation: Class: RG12; Piece: 3940; Folio 47; Page 13; GSU roll: 6099050.

I initially thought it could be local weaver but on reflection think it could be coal dresser????

I think it is coal heaver

Coal Heaver = Unloaded coalmine carts on the surface
