    Sometime ago, I posted the following question on here.............

    "help.........arrgghhh.............I have been trying to find a death for a Henry William Goode who was born 1874 in Bushey, Herts. I have systematically checked every quarter on ancestry from 1911 to 1969 with no luck"



    Well thanks to ancestry's new death index I've found the ******, believe it or not he died aged 102 in 1976 and i gave up all hope at 1969...........

    So the moral of the story, is just keep going............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

                    yes well chuffed, more with ancestry than myself, it was worth waiting for the death index to arrive, have now added him to the oldest thread now as well Jill.

                    I am sure everybody will now fill a few more blanks like I have today in just a few hours.
