  • Would like help with death record

I am trying to help a friend search for a long lost father.

I don't want to put his name on here as he may still be alive.

Could anyone help via private message?

June - help may be at hand. Ancestry have just released a full index to deaths from 1916 up to the start of the full database in 1984. If you click on the "1984 to 2005" line you may find his death already indexed.

Also worth posting onto the Adoption / Reunion baords. There's quite a bit of experience on that kind of quest, there!
