I stumbled across this website when googling for information for Cheadle.

The lady in question seems to have been involved with the start of GENUKI. She seems to have information which GENUKI doesn't have -
e.g. for Staffordshire she has

* Photograph Index
* Lichfield Wills Index, 1516-1561

I haven't looked in detail yet - after my shower I shall have a good rootle around.

If it's not on the WIKI, perhaps someone could add it?

Edit: Staffordshire seems to have some of the best coverage. It is well worth checking for Memorial Inscriptions.

It is in there - separately listed on the Staffordshire page at least and maybe on others, though as it is a GENUKI site, it is already on the England page.
