Ww2 navy

I have a reli who was in the navy during WW2 i am looking to find sites that may give crew list or records of sailors so i can trace where he served.

He lived in Kent so i assume he must have been assigned to a ship from that area or london.

He may still be alive we dont know so i cant post details here.He would be over 80.

Any pointers would be gratefully received.
