computer screen went blank on GR

Just had a contact invite me to view their tree on GR when I got the name he was asking about and I scrolled down to see the info the screen went blank and started to shake ?????????? had to go into task manager to delete it .
What do you think caused it as I dont want to be without this Laptop too.

Val. It was probably GR site itself! I am always getting a white blank screen on there and this was the main reason I never renewed when my subs expired. I have never been able to view GR without a problem of some sort. Never get problems elsewhere!

I get their e mails OK though offering me to renew at £9.95 for 6 months!! No way!

really Lesley that a shame its the first time I have ever got a blank screen although did have lots of trouble at one time with viewing my own tree ??
I almost panicked when it happened could live without Food but not my PC lol#

Try clearing your browser cache. I had the same problem once on GR. Clearing the cache fixed it.
