  • Anyone bored? Challenge

This is a challenge can anyone find this family for me on 1861 census, please please.

He is called George Purnell, born 1823, Mangotsfield Glous, and his wife is Margaret, born 1827, Crumlin

    I have them on the 1851. 1871, and 1881

1851 HO107 Piece 2453, Folio 448, Page 37 but his name is typed George Parnell born 1823

    1871 George Purnel RG10, Piece 5352 Folio 132, Page 26

    1881 George Purnall RG11, Piece 5273, Folio 29, Page 17,

I suspect it is under another different spelling it took me ages to find these.
Can anyone help I would be so pleased
    thanks

Thats him I have that one. I am still looking and getting very frustrated I suspect he is under another spelling but I am running out of variants!! I am also trying to think of another site where I can search for him any ideas as he may be transcribed right any ideas. I think I need a strong cuppa

I've had a look too. There's a fair bit of Wales missing from the 1861 - details here. It includes some of Mynyddislwyn

not sure how much help this is but on Genes 1861 there is a George Purnell b 1847 in Mangotsfield.Address is 1 Mount Pleasant Keynsham Oldland. Unfortunately the family are on the preceding page and I can't seem to bring it up. Will keep trying.Sorry no refs as it was on genes.
Edied to add he is listed as son and scholar.
Don't have sub to ancestry but there is a george b c1821 with wife Mary Ann could his wife have been mistranscribed??
