  • Poor, fuzzy print quality

I have printed a couple of this today - the first being a will I had downloaded from the National Archives some time ago.

Everything is coming out really fuzzy, which has never happened before. The print quality is usually very good. I have looked on the printer settings, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

    Has anyone any suggestions, please?

Does the print head need cleaning?

PLEASE SCAN AT 300-600 DPI FOR RESTORATION PURPOSES. THANK YOU!

Wendy, thanks! I have just (finally!) found the troubleshooting section for my printer and that is what it suggests.

It also says the paper isn't the right quality, but I always use scrap paper anyhow (one side already printed).
