  • death certificate

I only have one death certificate which is a recent-ish one and it has the womans maiden name. Do all death certificates have their maiden name?

Iam asking as i was searching through deaths between 1891-1902 for william hughes wife ellen. I came across one which is the right age and place and i know she died between 1891-1902. I would like to get it just to keep in my records for her, and would be interesting to see what she died from. But it would be a plus if it did have her maiden name as i am struggle with her and her husband due to not being able to find her daughters birth certificate

If you do get the death certificate you may get lucky if the informant (the person who went to the registrar) is a relative.
