Looking for a 1861 & 1871 census record

I have a birth certificate for William John Milsom born 1853 in Bedminster, Bristol.

The mother is listed as Elizabeth Milsom, No father listed.

William married in 1873 in Wales to Eliza Jones who was born in Wales. They then moved back to Bedminster.

I can't find a 1861 census or 1871 census record for William. He was almost certain to be in or around Bedminster, Bristol.

Can anyone see him?

Have you discounted this family? They seem to be from Bath but that's not a million miles away, 13.6 actually.

Yes they are discounted - I can see a Bath birth entry for this William. My william has a birth cert for bedminster, bristol.

Could you put the links up for the census entries that you've found (1881 onwards?) please.
