  • Could SKS do a 1901 census search?

Could someone kindly search the 1901 census for a Patrick Willdigg born 1901 possibly in Ireland.

If you find him is he with his parents and what are their names?

I can't find anything on Patrick. Do you know his parent's names or when in 1901 he was born?

Couldn't find him in a search of the 1901 or 1911 census, Kit. Sorry...some other families
there.....do you know of any siblings?

found a Patrick William Willdig in the Ireland Civil Registration indexes 1845-1958

RD: Dundalk (Armagh, Louth or Monaghan)
        Date:Apr-Jun 1901

I guess you could order in the film from the LDS for the details.

Thanks for looking everyone. Bev found him in the Ireland Civil Registration indexes 1845-1958.

He is on the 1911 english census as a nephew to John & Emily McDermott (nee Willdigg) and a Samuel Willdigg (Emily's brother) as well. I can't place Patrick with any of the Willdigg males I know .

Kit, the Irish index had a marriage for a James Patrick Willdig in 1900...same district. They did not give the bride's name, unforunately...you'd need to get the film. I did wonder if it may have been Patrick William's father....several other Willdigs listed there as well
