I am trying to work out if I have the correct birth certificate for Thomas Frarrell.

In the 1881 census he is recorded as born in Pimlico, London.

The Birth certificate I have for him is the registration district of St George Havover Square in the sub district of Belgrave in the county of Middlesex.

Would this cover the area of Pimlico?

I think both are covered under the City of Westminster area but I am not sure.
