This is a difficult one Lynda, and I found it worked better in B&W to get rid of most of the bloom at the top. There's not much I could do with the glare from the right, it may have had something to do with the original lighting of the picture.
I have given you 3 different effects.....in my efforts to try and correct some of the problems but I'm afraid it's by no means perfect.

nah.. you can do the fancy frames and the cropping like with that glass dancing couple.. I can't and dont really have the time to dedicate to doing it, I just dabble, and can repair some photos but cannot do colour..

I need to try and learn (but usually something else happens, and it doesnt get done!!)

Niksmum.. lovely colouring...I always think that it gives that 'extra' depth.
