This is a difficult one Lynda, and I found it worked better in B&W to get rid of most of the bloom at the top. There's not much I could do with the glare from the right, it may have had something to do with the original lighting of the picture.
I have given you 3 different effects.....in my efforts to try and correct some of the problems but I'm afraid it's by no means perfect.Jen
