Who lived in a house

Is there anywhere I can look online to see who lived in a certain house between 1912 and 1920
I subscribe to Ancestry and Find my Past
This would help me solve a big puzzle

the only way to go about it would be electoral rolls. as you have the address, it shouldnt be too hard. but if you dont live near the address it may be difficult, as you will need a records office.

The electoral rolls are generally held in the main library nearest to the place you're interested in. If you e-mail them, they may be willing to do a search.

You could also try the historical directories on Ancestry. Ancestry also has old phone books, but very few people had a phone in those days.

I saw a way of doing it on Find my past the other day or was it the 1911, there was an option to put in street and all the numbers came up, will look and see again.

Yes on Find my past, the 1881searchis free, just put in street name its a bit choosy as usual but a couple of goes will get it,gives the names etc, very good, only this one free though.
Its not the year you want but you never know what you might see.
