That last box on the birth certificate should be a signature. Failing that 'a mark'.

1 2 3 & 4 I agree with Lindsey.

1) I can't make out what the word is under 'The mark of Betsy King'.
I thought the first letter of the Place name was C & looking at my WSM street map I find three 'places' none of which look quite right,
Cambridge Place
Connaught Place
Court Place
The only 'place' starting with E is Edinburgh Place again it doesn't look right.
