Can anyone advise me on how to find a will from someone who died in Camden London in 1978 please?
Cheers

I would look here to start off.
Publications - Guidance - Probate - Guide to obtaining copies of probate records
I know that when my dad died I got a copy of his will from the probate Registry that was in the town of his death, (ie Nottingham)
would you like me to move this to R/A Guy? or did you purposely post on General?

Or you can apply to the York Probate Registry who handle all postal applications for wills from anywhere in the country. It costs £5.00.

Excellent thanks I'll get back once I've had a read and a chinese takeaway.
If you could move this to Research Q & As I'd be grateful.
Just me being an idiot.
