In Vista, how do I stop Messenger opening at Startup please? :emb:

Searching for Ford, Duffy, (Manchester and Ireland) Cree (Manchester, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire), Owen (Manchester), Humphreys (Manchester and Ireland), Egerton (Manchester and Cheshire), Cresswell (Manchester). -
Open Messenger.
Select TOOLS / OPTIONS and on the General tab you should see an option to run Messenger on start up - deselect it.Elaine

Thanks for that, sorry it took so long to reply, laptop froze!
My Messenger is different, it doesn't have tabs and I had to click on Sign In on the left hand menu.
Got there in the end though with your help.
