There are 7 baptisms on Familysearch for the children of Isaac and Ann Arundell all Minchinhampton.

I think you need to ask her where she got her information from Bren, to check how reliable it is.
When you get back to the pre 1800s then you really need to check parish registers and other useful documents at the Records Office.
I don't think there is much online for Gloucestershire which makes internet research all the more difficult.

Yes Thomas and Ann did die in Liverpool New South Wales they are buried in the historical cemetery in the city.
